President Ramon Broadway

Raised in Shreveport, he turned an early love of football into a standout career as a three-year starter and captain for the Arkansas Razorbacks before playing in the NFL with the San Diego Chargers and the CFL with the Edmonton Eskimos. Now with G1, he’s built a values-first program rooted in discipline, technique, and leadership—mentoring athletes to grow in character, academics, and resilience while reaching their full potential on and off the field.

Founder Jose Gamino

Dallas-raised and faith-driven, multi-sport athlete. His soccer journey included time with FC Dallas Academy, Real Madrid’s development program, and IMG Academy. Mentored by TCU’s Sonny Dykes and the NFL’s Seneca Wallace, he has spent over a decade coaching 500+ athletes, specializing in speed, quarterback development, and leadership. As the founder of Gamino Athletics, he built a speed and agility program for skill position players centered on access, character, and confidence — helping athletes gain college exposure while developing on and off the field.

Our Vision Ahead
